We ship only within the US.
We guarantee our delivery up to 21 working days,
Times may vary due to our hand made manufacture
In cases of requesting engraving or special adjustments delivery may be delayed.
In such cases, the client relation center will contact you to propose other arrangements.
RETURNS
You may return your creation to our main office in Dallas TX within 30 days following delivery, for exchanged or refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
You may return or exchange your creation in a new and unused state, in a perfect condition, with all protective materials in place.
We will not except any returns of pieces showing signs of wear, or pieces that has been altered from its original condition in any way.
Engraved creations cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund.
